Hazrat Abul Hamraa^(ra), the freed slave of Hazrat Harith bin Afraa^(ra), participated in both the Battle of Badr and the Battle of Uhud. During the Battle of Badr, Hazrat Mu‘az^(ra), Hazrat Auf^(ra) and Hazrat Mu‘awwiz^(ra) along with their freed slave, Abul Hamraa^(ra), had a camel upon which they would take turns to ride.
