Background, Participation in Battles and Martyrdom

Hazrat Malik bin Numaila’s mother was Numaila and he was known as Ibn-e-Numaila. He was from the tribe of Muzaina which was a branch of the Aus tribe who were confederate with the Bani Muawiyyah. He participated in the Battles of Badr and Uhud and was martyred in the Battle of Uhud.
