Generally when Namaz Zohar and Asar are combined, the sunnahs which are offered before and after the Farz Namaz are being exempted from. If Asar Namaz has to be prayed along with the Jummah Namaz, in this case will the 4 Sunnahs have to be offered before the Jumma Namaz?

If a person has offered the Eid Namaz in his city and has set out to travel to another city or country and the Eid Namaz will be offered there on the next day. Is it necessary to offer the Eid Namaz in the new city?
